On The Water With Jacqui

Our first On The Water Sail and Workshop event for 2007 was on Jacqui Welti's Freedom 40. We had a gorgeous day with the sun shinning, warm weather and some wind. We all took turns at the helm and each had the opportunity to sail this magnificent boat. Jacqui spoke about the history of her boat and what it takes to make this sailboat sail even in light winds!

Our next On the Water Sail and Workshop Event will be on Sunday, November 11th at 12 noon. We will meet at Epping Forest Marina on Bananas. Bob McClemens will be hosting the workshop. He will give us a short instructional and discussion period before we head out on the water. We will learn more about sail trim. Lots of sharing and telling sailing stories.
